Westgate Health & Fitness takes it show on the road! Join us on Saturday mornings to get active outside! After gathering at Westgate’s gym we look forward to spending time on the NCC trail system, either hiking, cycling, trail running, snowshoeing or skiing… weather permitting of course!

Women on Weights and Seniors on Weights

Are you interested in weight training but unsure about how to get started? Then this program is designed for you!

With guidance from a personal trainer, you will learn the techniques of lifting weights, what weights to lift, how much and when to do each exercise, depending on your goals.

The result is reduced body fat, increased metabolism, increased energy levels and much more.
